Provide funding and resources to build a new engine to generate superconducting regions in space for accelerated travel

Currently space is made up of 70-80% dark matter and energy but is also very cold and highly charged. Utilizing the superconducting properties of the particles in interstellar space will create a tunnel that will provide electromagnetic and gravitational shielding. This shielding provides a medium to utilize a drive to quickly and consistently accelerate. As the superconducting region in space occurs it masks electromagnetic radiation thereby making the matter invisible or lensed. This approach potentially eliminates the need for infinite energy as one approaches the speed of light as detailed in E=mc2. I believe these tunnels already exist and would like to prove it with this petition. If this were proved true we could create these tunnels and accelerate to wherever we want.
