The homeless are called this for a reason. They need help to get back on their feet with a stable home. If not, they could die from hypothermia, exhaustion, or various contagious diseases as well as improper drug use. Thousands are in need, especially in urban areas and metropolitan cities. I suggest we fund the materials for communal houses where they are needed most and to help the homeless live in a civilized and independent world instead of an unhealthy and competitive for food world.
