Provide funding to WMATA to enable discounted metro fares for ALL high school and college students in DMV area. Right now, only DC high school students ride the metro for free during certain hours, but high schools and college students of surrounding area pay full metro fares.
In many other metropolitan cities students pay a discounted fare which ease their lives a whole lot.
