I would petition for funding in the development, technology and manufacturing industry based around Solar Road Technology. A safer, more durable, energy producing road system that would build a new economy based around an energy free america.
This technology would upgrade our aging infrastructure problem with energy producing transportation system.
SolarRoads.com has developed this technology, in Idaho currently being installed.on their roadways.
