The world population has outgrown the planet's available resources, and we, the undersigned, refuse to deny the citizens of this planet their human rights by allowing starvation, disease and war thin the population. Instead, we propose that research be funded for the purpose of exploring the possibility of terraforming Mars for human habitation as soon as possible.
