Ex-cons have been marginized. They re-enter society without skills, without knowledge, and without opportunities to ever be effective in the jobs that they obtain. Many incarcerated have the right mindset wrong product so they are in deadend jobs that causes them to harm the community again at some point because they do not understand laws, processes as it relates to business ownership. Their knowledge is street laws, deadly risk and processes; although the risk and processes are the same with the right risk and product. Regular employees understand less processes than incarcerated persons. A risk taker without the proper mindset is a potential criminal.Funding can be used to allow them to work jobs but also provide classes on structure and potential along with business ownership guidance.
