Provide funding ,resources ,to ensure Islamic terrorist military bases,/compounds are guarded and traffic inspected.

While under the threat of ISIS and other Radical Islamic Terrorist it would be safer if traffic coming out of the Radical Islamic terrorist military bases,camps and compound be inspected for military grade weapons and other hints of them attacking when they come out into the general public. Until the Threat of Terror is not as high as it is now and the people decide it is safe to stand down and go back to normal.
