Provide funding for the trial use of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) processes at major carbon emitting facilities.

Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) is the process of removing carbon emissions, and storing them, typically in a geologic deposit. With the overwhelming evidence supporting the insurmountable problem that is accelerated global climate shift, CCS could potentially be a major factor in slowing, and ultimately stopping Global Warming. Due to the current lack of interest in what has been deemed an "unprofitable venture," there is a lack of data to show to what extent CCS could affect our atmospheric carbon levels. Some government supported funding, or subsidization for experimenting with using these processes at carbon emitting sites, such as coal burning plants, could give a push for actually collecting this data and determining the viability of CCS for positively affecting our global climate.
