Provide funds for all public schools to offer different kinds of arts to students from grade 6-12.

I think the Obama Administration should help fund art programs in all public schools from grades 6-12 because it is a way for students to express themselves. Using art can also be a way for students to cope with stress throughout the school year and just vent, instead of choosing other activities that would lead them to a path of wrong doing.
