The Obama administration has openly allowed and encouraged Illegal Immigrants to enter and stay inside the United States in Violation of Established U.S. Law. Consequently U.S. Citizens are being harmed and injured by the Lawless Illegal Immigrants many times with no means of recovering damages. The Federal Government has a DUTY to establish a fund to pay for the damages by these Illegal Immigrants. The fund should be authorized to pay the costs to Citizens and Legal Judgements against Illegals who do not meet their responsibility, this should be retroactive to the 1st Inauguration date of Barack Obama.
