Laying fiber to every house in the U.S. is an efficient and cost effective way to enable higher quality education, health care, e-commerce, and entertainment. This would work as a stimulus with a 5 year pay back for cost. South Korea will have full gigabit up and down by 2014. We should at least equal what any other country can do for it's people.
