We the people ask that the President creates executive orders or enact a bill to have smart gun safe guard technology on all guns. We ask to provide government funding to the advancement of smart gun technology. Also, provide a tax break to current gun owners who place smart gun safe guards on to their legally purchased weapons. All weapons that do not have these safe guards should be punishable by law determined by the federal government.
