the Petitioner is an honorably discharged disabled american veteran who seeks to provide gainful employment for a minimum of 15 persons in said county by hiring disenfranchised skilled and unskilled laborers in Fayette county, IL.
Further goals of this winery will include but not be limited to purchase of additional properties for the establishment of a bakery and restaurant in said county creating up to 40 more jobs.
