Provide Green cards to anyone with I-485 pending longer than 5 years.

I humbly Petition President of United States to take necessary steps to grant green cards for highly skilled workers with I-485 pending for longer than 5 yrs. These workers entered US legally and paid any and all taxes due. They are not eligible for Green card just because of arbitrary limits. They are allowed to live and work in United States for as long as it takes to get green card so why not provide them with GC now instead. I believe this will boost economy if all of these petitioners can buy home or start a new business in United States as they are not allowed or willing to do so in their current status. It is very cumbersome for them to get EAD and Advance Parole approved every year to maintain their status.
