We hereby petition the President and Commander-in-Chief to prevent the Defense Department from spending any funds to provide a sex-change operation for the traitor Bradley Manning (currently imprisoned at Leavenworth) while veterans are dying awaiting healthcare form the Department of Veterans Affairs.
