This is a petition to help those families that got loans to obtain a higher education degree to alleviate the load in paying the students loans. If you got a loan and completed the degree you were pursuing then you should be given a 3.4% rate or get your debt reduced up to 50%.This would help to invest back to the economy.Even though you have a better education the salary stays the same or has been reduced and the burden is high.
