Give the veterans that have been discharged (without dishonorable discharge) the ability to obtain a home for themselves and their family, if they do not have one already. This home or apartment will be free or lower cost then normal for up to 1 year during this time the veterans will be provided with counseling, education and/or training for jobs in todays society that will reflect what they have learned in the military or what they would like to do now outside the military. While they are being trained or educated for a period of one year they will not have to worry about being able to pay their rent and keep a roof over their families heads. They will be required to attend all classes or jobs required to receive the training in the field they choose to keep the cost reductions.
