We, Citizens of the United States, implore the President of the United States, through its allocated funds for humanitarian aid, increase it's financial and technical support for the People of Ecuador in the aftermath of the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that has left the poorest corners of the country devastated and thousands of its citizens homeless.
Being that billions are spent in military aid to questionable regimes, We, the Citizens of the United States plead that the President of the United States, through executive order, instruct FEMA and other emergency management agencies oversee the humanitarian response in aid of our South American brothers and sisters in need.
