Provide incentives to convert cars to natural gas to reduce dependence on imported oil

1. Provide tax incentives to buy natural gas power cars or to convert to natural gas:
a. Natural gas produces 40% less greenhouse gas than gasoline
b. Natural gas costs 1/3 the price of gasoline for the same amount of power.
c. Automobile engines have been shown to last longer running natural gas.
2. Provide tax incentives to the first 500 filling stations to add quick-fill natural gas pumps.
3. Provide additional funding through DARPA-E for the development of a low-cost home NG compressor.
