We, the concerned and rational citizens of the United States of America, request an end to the NIDA’s monopoly over the clinical testing of cannabinoids, specifically Marijuana. We hereby entreat the NIDA to allow the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies the opportunity to study the medical benefits of Marijuana by providing a legal, independent source of Marijuana for said testing.
