Give Service Disabled Businesses acquisition parity of 8(a) and Tribal Organizations. Authorize more setaside contracts and large business mentoring of Service Disabled Veterans. Require the DOD to increase mentor -protege agreements for Service Disabled Veterans. Double the DOD contracting goal to 6% of contract awards.
