Do not discharge returning soldiers from the military until they find employment or choose to leave. This will provide employment for the soldiers. They could be redeployed to the border to increase security or provide support for any number of volunteer services or humanitarian causes. This action can be taken without the support of congress. It has the benefit of support our soldiers, providing jobs and addressing immigration issues. A real win for everyone.
