Provide Judicial branch protection of whistle blowers when the actions revealed violate the U.S. Constitution.

Press for legislation giving the Judicial Branch power to delay and or dismiss criminal charges or any sanctions including actions meant to deny travel of whistle blower until the actions revealed by the whistle blower are determined to be constitutionally protected actions of the government. If action revealed is unconstitutional as determined by the courts no charges shall be allowed that were part of the process of revealing the information. Examples include theft of government property, treason, unlawful access to government servers, etc but excluding causing direct actual injury or death if violence was involved in the taking of the information.
