Provide large tax breaks to families where one parent voluntarily remains home to raise children

We need to have more families keep a parent at home to help with the kids education, teach the kids good habits, have strong bonds with parents, and much more. We need to provide a large tax credit or deduction for families that voluntarily do this. There needs to be more incentive for people to do this. Our nation needs to show that we want our children to suceed, and this is a small step in helping to make that happen.
