We the People do not want to be frightened by our own law enforcement officers who are sworn to serve and protect us. We are aware that there are far fewer officers who spoil the national image of law enforcement for the rest of them. We stand behind police who are truly doing their jobs according to the law. We wish to elevate the status of Police Officer so that it is easier to pick out officers who do not deserve the privilege of serving and protecting our communities.
The proposed legislation will increase accountability, and will also filter our law enforcement personal so that we have the the absolute best of the best protecting us. This legislation will not adversly effect any officer who is a law abiding citizen.
