provide legislation on the current employment recruiting process within this country.

Created by D.W. on December 28, 2012

As most job seekers know, the current processes involved in obtaining employment has done a 180 in the past few years. No longer can you walk in with your resume, you have to go through the Applicant Tracking System, or ATS software. I have been unemployed for three years, and have had plenty of time to research the practices most companies employ, and it is definitely in need of a solution. Even after speaking with a Federal Recruiter, I was told that their Federal Agency is not happy with the approach of this ATS software, as they too have seen better qualified candidates being discarded. To the unemployed, research the ATS versus the unemployed in this country, and you will quickly learn that this software is killing your chances of getting that job. Please sign!
