All veterans who are injured psychically or mentally in combat, regardless of when the injury is diagnosed, should be provided health coverage for life regardless of discharge status.
In "Other Than Honorable" investigation showed that veterans who are unable to continue to serve due to combat injuries are being discharged with other than honorable status, resulting in the revocation of their health benefits.
It is unacceptable to fail to care for veterans who are wounded serving their country.
