As outlined in the Constitution (Article II, section 1, clause 2) and clarified by the Twelfth Amendment, “the Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President”.
We ask that these meetings be broadcast live so that the nation, and the world, may view our federal republic in action.
With respect to the 18th century, technology has advanced to such a degree that the proceedings of the Electoral College can be communicated to all interested citizens with a minimal of effort.
