Just want to see if any petition receiving 100,000 signatures gets acted upon.

Many of the petitions I have seen are worthy of more than a form letter "thank you for your submission" type response after receiving 100,000 signatures.

I wonder if any do? Why even have the 100,000 threshold if it really doesn't matter?
