As the world watches, anxiously observing the heroic efforts Ukrainian citizens are putting forth to defend their country and peace in Europe, very many young Ukrainian soldiers have, and likely will continue to suffer serious injuries. Given the very difficult economic situation the Ukraine is in at this time, I believe the United States can and should provide the very best of medical assistance and medical rehabilitation opportunities for these young heroes. We cannot be with those fighting on the front lines for obvious reasons, but we can do what is necessary and moral: treat those that need it in US facilities, provide assistance with medication, advanced modem prosthetics, rehabilitation and psychological guidance.
