Given that the US has failed to uphold their obligations under the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances that was signed in 1994, and that this has allowed Putin to not only take Crimea, but to try and destabilize Ukraine by supplying combatants and heavy weapons, the US should provide all needed medical assistance to those wounded in the conflict, both soldiers and civilians. This should include, but not be limited to, surgical support, prostheses, and rehabilitation.
