Too many transgender people are depressed and commit suicide because they are stuck in the wrong body which is a MEDICAL condition. Imagine waking up one day and being in the wrong body? For the most part trans men and women have to pay to have both top and bottom surgeries and many can't afford it until later in life. This could stop teenage tran suicide. Have medical insurance cover these surgeries.
