Provide military and humanitarian support to those fighting against and suffering from IS in Iraq.

With any necessary approval from Congress, provide military support, coordinating with Peshmerga & Iraqi forces, against “Islamic State.” Help prevent IS taking control of additional cities & retake cities controlled by IS. Once cities are regained, encourage the return of property & homes to Christians whose property has been looted & whose homes have been appropriated by IS. Offer asylum in the U.S. to Iraqi Christians & Yazidis who have been displaced by IS. Provide humanitarian assistance to internally displaced Christians & Yazidis fleeing IS. Let Iraqi Christians and Yazidis know, with the rest of the world, that they are not forgotten or abandoned. Send a strong message to IS that we will not stand by or tolerate their crimes against humanity.
