Our military are forced to pay high airfare rates because they cannot schedule trips in advance like civilians can. This also creates having to pay extra fees if schedules change. Credits are given instead of refunds with one year to use. Our men/woman, spouses and children deserve a reputable discount when purchasing tickets. They should not have to pay processing, change or baggage fees. Give refunds instead of credits at no cost. A reputable discount should also be available to non-active military. Online travel services should allow for such discounts with required proof of military ID. Service members must purchase protective gear for combat that is not provided by the military. Wages earned cannot support a family, high cost of travel and combat gear. They deserve a break.
