Provide monetary assistance to Puerto Rico so as to foster economic growth in the short-term, allowing the crisis to end

Created by J.C. on February 09, 2014

Puerto Rico is experiencing one of its worst decades in recent history. Even as the current administration works to reduce the deficit and implement cost-cutting measures, these have hindered any possibility of economic growth for the island, thus worsening the situation. Citizens are suffering and their daily routine has turned into a mechanism of survival. Without immediate monetary assistance, the efforts implemented by the current administration become null; as cost-cutting takes place, economic development further decreases.
