Please provide guidelines for the Department of Education to instill the basics of horizontal federalism in elementary school and beyond!
A review of these petitions asking the executive for legislative relief demonstrates that this information is lacking in the general public.
Educating the population on this issue would result in fewer White House petitions and may encourage those posting here to contact their legislative representatives where appropriate.
Since the Department of Education is an executive agency, the undersigned believe that this petition is the appropriate method of redress.
