The current state of our public school system is abysmal. We as an American people need to band together to put America back to #1. We should cut spending in the military and increase the budget for education. We the people must make a stand for our children and great grandchildren to provide an education system to make them competitive in a global economy in which they can thrive given the proper education. America's current education needs serious reform to keep up with the education systems in Europe or Asia. We used to be #1 that is where we should be again.
