Provide more funding for music and arts programs in schools by cutting spending on foreign aid.

School districts all around America are facing deficits and are being forced to levy taxpayers to search for funding for music and arts programs. Money that is being used for foreign aid that is being allocated in excess is helping foreign students, whereas American students are losing out on the chance to have an enriching experience because art and music programs that are going extinct in schools. Many kids are missing out and or losing the chance to express themselves because we cannot as individual states afford the funding needed to pay for these programs.
