provide more funding for schools electives and after school activities. THEATER is well rounding keeps kids off streets.

Created by O.O. on February 12, 2013

Children today have trouble focusing on school. One of the ONLY things that does keep them focused are electives and after school activities. When kids join a sport team, or are doing a play , they tend to stay out of trouble. They would rather stay out of a fight, or stay away from drugs, than being kicked out of their program. But when drugs and fighting look cheaper than playing basketball, joining the student council, or being the lead in a play, they would most likely chose the wrong choices. Schools don't have funding to take kids to a THEATER tournament, or send the student council on training! The kids parent tell the no because they can't afford to send them also. So instead of some kids making new friends, and becoming model citizens, they are losing themselves and education.
