Provide MORE funding so American Cities can rebuild/upgrade our roads, bridges, schools, parks, libraries, & colleges.

Created by P.H. on November 16, 2012

American Cities are in dire need of funding to address very real infrastructure issues. Consider how many jobs each city could create by upgrading sidewalks, paving roads, strengthening bridges, and upgrading sewer and water systems. Libraries, schools, and colleges that are upgraded, rebuilt, or expanded guarantee American prosperity for all future generations.

NO BLANK CHECKS!!

Cities seeking funding should have to FIRST identify projects, costs, estimated jobs to be created, and a project completion date. Once the project is completed these same cities should be required to provide documentation that shows the money was spent as planned.

The surest route to a prolonged economic recovery is the rebuilding of America from our cities outward.
