Provide more funds to the local government so that public school students in DMV receive discounted metro fares.

Created by I.C. on November 19, 2015

Unemployed public school students in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia still have to pay full fares in order to ride the metro just like a regular person. This law is absurd and should be changed because students can not afford to pay for the metro all the time. The law should be immediately changed because not all students have a job and they deserve to go wherever they want using the metro for a discounted price. If we help these students to get discounted metro fare it will be very easy for them to go to different places whenever they want.
