Provide more job opportunities for people with piercings, tattoos, and dyed hair.

People should care about these restrictions because it would decrease the number in unemployment. It is understandable that people such as firefighters should not have piercings because it is a safety hazard, but something as a little a walmart employee or even a car sales man, even a teacher should be able to express themselves and enjoy their job all at the same time.
You can make a difference by cutting down the restrictions that people with dyed hair, tattoos, and hair dye face. It is the 21st century and we need people to decrease the unemployment rate and increase the right to express yourself.
