Part of the reason for the continuance of mass shootings is the perceived notoriety the would-be shooters hope to and currently do receive. Please enforce a ban on any release of the name of the shooter in the media or elsewhere (similar to what we do for minors) to combat this aspect of the motivation. The problem is multi-factorial, but this is one thing we should all be able to get behind. We need to DO SOMETHING! Here is a start.
