Provide to the New York City Transit Authority sufficient funding to enable the double tracking of the Franklin Avenue Shuttle Line from Prospect Park Station to Franklin Avenue Station, and the increasing of the length of all platforms to allow eight car trains, thus allowing optimum use of this valuable transit resource.
