The victims of the Boston bombings suffered severe and traumatic amputations. These injuries were caused by individuals seeking to harm our nation. Walter Reed National Military Medical Center is the world's most advanced center for providing physical therapy to amputees. Much as our nation provides for the victims of IED's and the 9/11 terrorist attacks, this petition seeks to care for the victims of the Boston bombing attack.
