With a small "optional" fee to qualified participants (which can be added to annual registration), this would add to federal income while helping hard working citizens spend more time with family. These workers spend a lot of time on the road, and use lots of taxed gasoline to get to & from work. A little help all around at a small extra cost (not to be more than $150 annually).
