Not for profits receiving federal funds should have federal oversight to require that they follow all federal laws. The federal government should have enforcement powers to protect the public when not for profits receiving federal funds do not comply with federal statutes and regulations. Not for profits that do not comply with federal laws should be banned from receiving any future federal funds and those responsible should receive personal lifelong banns from receiving future federal funds.If the infractions involve discrimination of protected classes, such as disabled, veteran, or minority, the sanctions shall be tripled.
