Provide PFC Manning with a fair trial in a civilian court. A military trial violates Whistleblower Protection Act.

Created by T.H. on June 06, 2013

This last century has seen gross inhumane acts done by soldiers merely following orders. History has taught us to condemn soldiers who stood by and did nothing to stop, if not participated in, these atrocities. Now with this secretive military trial, you are involved in the opposite of this. We are condemning the people that saw evil deeds and did everything in their power to end them.

Under the Whistleblower Protection Act of 1989, Federal government employees (this would include the military) are protected from retaliation from agency authorities (in this case is represented by a military court martial.

Bradley Manning is in no way responsible for other evil actions performed by WikiLeaks, and should not be held culpable for those actions.
