Provide a % pie chart break down of where tax payer $'s are spent prior to tax deadline. EX: Entitlements, Defense, etc

We the people would like the federal government to provide each tax payer with an accurate percentage of how their tax dollars are being spent. For example, a person paying $1,000 a year in taxes would receive the following prior to April 15th tax deadline: Estimated Tax Burden $1,000 - Govt Spending Breakdown. 35% Social Security, 25% Defense Spending, 10%, 10% Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, 20% Foreign Aid. The breakdown would be based of the previous year's fillings. If the individual didn't file or pay taxes they would not receive the spending breakdown.
