We the people of the United States hereby propose a petition to the Obama Administration requiring the current forty-forth president of the United States of America to be referred to as "Barack 'Big Dick' Obama" in all legal-binding documents and pubic service announcements. Before any official speech the President gives, (whether to Congress or an organization) he shall be introduced as "The Forty-Forth President of the United States, Barack 'Big Dick' Obama." This presidential pseudo-identity will aid in restoring the overall likeness of our current President amongst the citizens of the United States.
